History

Founded more than 20 years ago, in 2006, Amgest is an independent wealth management boutique based in Lugano (Switzerland) providing long-term portfolio management solutions, network pooling, and first-class wealth advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

Amgest SA is proud to be vigilated and authorized by FINMA in accordance with the regulations of the FinSA (Financial Services Act), FinIA (Financial Institutions Act) and AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act). The firm is subject to the vigilance of AOOS and an annual audit by BDO to ensure that it is complying with the provisions of MLA (Money Laundering Act).

Additionally, Amgest is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers / ASG and affiliated to the AOOS (Supervisory Board for Asset Managers and Trustees).

Board Member

Marco has over 20 years of experience as Financial Trustee and Business Consultant.
He is Managing Director at Fiduciaria Ferrecchi SA and sits on the board of directors of various companies, both in Switzerland and abroad.
Marco graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

Andrea brings over 30 years of experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management and was instrumental in creating a corporate division.
Prior to joining Amgest SA in 2019, he held roles at prestigious financial institutions in Switzerland, such as UBS, Clariden Leu, and BSI SA, including leadership positions. He was also a partner at Patrimony 1873.
Following his studies, Andrea earned both the banking specialist diploma and the federal marketing technician diploma.

Andrea has over 20 years of portfolio management experience matured working for several Swiss financial institutions.
Before joining Amgest SA in 2020 as Chief Investments Officer he had covered the same role at Sogepa SA and CPM SA.
Andrea graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

Danilo Sepe has a vast and multifaceted experience of over 25 years in the field of Private Banking. His professional career has developed through leading international financial and banking institutions, passing through the Wealth Management division of Citigroup NA – where he has been responsible for HNWI customers –, and followed by an equally significant experience at Banca Euromobiliare.
Subsequently, his professional career has seen him involved in companies of the caliber of Kairos Julius Baer and Edmond de Rothschild Suisse. He joined Amgest SA as Relationship Manager in March 2023.

Federico has over six years of experience in wealth, asset and risk management.
Before joining Amgest in 2024, he has worked in Accenture driving business and technological transformation in Wealth & Asset Management industry. Previously, he was an Investment Portfolio Analyst at BCC R&P SGR and a Quant Analyst at Iason Consulting.
He holds a MSc degree in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Vittorio has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and fund management.
Before joining Amgest SA in 2021 he managed structured product portfolios and quantitative investments for San Paolo – IMI and Credit Suisse. He also worked as a fund manager, in charge of volatility trading and of new quantitative strategies.
He holds an MSc degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Milan.

Martino has over 25 years of experience in Asset Management and in the financial industry. He specializes in European and North American value investing.
Previously he worked at Edmond de Rothschild in Milan and was CIO of Julius Baer SIM.
Martino is currently part of the Investment Committee of Amgest SA and brings his priceless expertise as an independent member.

Matteo has over 30 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry for HNWI, where he held various management roles in business development and marketing departments.
He worked in primary financial institutions, first in Italy (CREDEM Bank SPA) and since 1999 in Switzerland, where he contributed to set-up Euromobiliare Bank (Suisse) and where he worked as Deputy Director to manage and conduct client's development and acquisition team.
He joined Amgest SA in 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer.

Relationship Manager

Matteo has consolidated experience in private equity, project management, business development, and wealth management.
Before joining Amgest SA in 2023, he worked as a private equity analyst for a pharmaceutical fund and then as business developer for a Swiss Asset Management firm.
Matteo owns certifications in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern, Exponential Technologies from Singularity University, and Private Equity & Venture Capital from both Berkeley Haas and Bocconi.

Cristiano has over 30 years of experience in wealth management and fund management, gained within leading Swiss and international banks specializing in Private Banking. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside Private and High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, developing tailored solutions to meet their diverse family, tax, and succession needs. Since 2018, he has served as the manager of an equity fund, consolidating deep knowledge of stock markets and investment strategies focused on capital growth. He holds the Master Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), an internationally recognized certification that attests to his expertise in comprehensive wealth management and advanced financial advisory.

Consuelo vanta oltre 30 anni di esperienza nel settore bancario. Dopo l’avvio in Credit Suisse (Locarno-Zurigo-Lugano), dove ha guidato anche un team di consulenza retail, ha consolidato le proprie competenze nel private banking presso Banca Unione di Credito, Banca della Svizzera Italiana e Banca del Sempione SA Lugano, specializzandosi nella consulenza a clientela svizzera e italiana.
Nel 2019 ha ottenuto la certificazione CWMA (SAQ Certified Wealth Management Advisor).

Roberto has extensive experience in corporate and financial consulting: after starting at Fini SpA and HSBC in London, he spent 15 years in senior roles (including CFO) at Soten SpA and Sealed Air, managing budgets, costs, financial statements, and banking relationships at a European level. Following a specialization with Ricerca e Finanza, he has focused on private wealth management since 2009; since 2026 he has been working as a Relationship Manager and Financial Analyst at Amgest SA.

Marina has over 10 years of experience in middle office.
She has worked as: KPI analyst, middle officer of various fiduciary companies, and as an execution desk team member of multiple asset management firms.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpreting and speaks fluently 7 languages.

Emanuele joined Amgest SA at the end of 2025 as a Junior after completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland). He supports the team, in the preparation of materials for the company and its clients, in internal analysis and other operational activities. During his academic studies, Emanuele developed a strong interest in financial markets and wealth management. Highly motivated and eager to deepen his expertise, he approaches his work with rigor and a strong commitment to professional development within a dynamic financial environment.

The company specialises in: internal audits, compliance, risk management and information security.

The joint venture between Amgest SA and the Maurizio Bianco and Giovanna Voltolina team enables us to maintain the autonomy of our corporate and organizational structures. Marc Le Mat is an international executive with 30+ years of leadership experience in Europe, Middle-East, and Asia (including long-standing professional experience in Switzerland).
Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale international organizations with full P&L responsibility, working closely with shareholders, boards, and senior executives.
Marc brings strong track record in strategic execution, governance and value creation in highly competitive and regulated environments.
His leadership approach combines disciplined decision-making, risk awareness and long-term perspective.
He has joined AMGEST, as a member of the Board of Directors, to contribute his international experience and leadership to the development of its Wealth and Asset Management activities in Switzerland.

Massimo has over 25 years of wealth management experience.
Before co-founding Amaranto SIM and later Amgest SA, he held positions at various financial institutions such as: BNL Gestioni SGR, Rothschild (SJPC), Abbey National Bank, Gestire SGR.
Massimo graduated in Political Science from the University of Milan.
