A few weeks ago, the annual Wealth Management Summit organised by We Wealth took place in Milan, in the remarkable setting of Palazzo Serbelloni. Leading voices from the financial, insurance and tax sectors came together to discuss the strategic trends shaping the future of Family Offices.
Our colleague Fabrizio Novelli, a Private Insurance expert, explored some features of insurance policies that are still often overlooked but highly relevant for families. These included the taxation of "Situs Assets" and the "cross-protector" role between institutional counterparties, which safeguards the end client, including against increasingly sophisticated AI-driven cyber risks. He also covered "Multi-booking", which makes it easier to plan for both best-case and worst-case scenarios.

Andrea and Fabrizio took on one of the most iconic cycling routes in the Alps during the Sellaronda Bike Day, conquering four legendary mountain passes back-to-back: Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi, Passo Campolongo and Passo Gardena. A challenging ride surrounded by some of the most spectacular landscapes the Dolomites have to offer, and an experience built around sport, friendship, determination and a shared passion for pushing beyond our limits.

Integritam, the private equity joint venture promoted by Amgest SA together with Maurizio Bianco and Giovanna Voltolina, has completed a minority investment in Di.Pa. Sport, an Italian company specialised in the remanufacturing of electronic and mechatronic automotive components. Based near Piacenza and founded by Christian Gherardi, Di.Pa. Sport has grown into a data-driven business with over €20 million in revenue and a team of 120 people. The 26% stake was structured equally through a capital increase and a share purchase, supporting the company’s next phase of growth in circular economy and sustainable automotive solutions.

Together with our investors, part of our team visited the pharmaceutical company Sinceritas which cultivates and processes pharmaceutical-grade cannabis into medicinal products that improve health and provide relief. This was a great occasion to witness the tremendous progress made and to touch by hand the milestones reached by Sinceritas.
